The scale of costs is reasonable and offers incentives for longer visits. The following rates apply all year round:

Up to two (2) people	per night	$175	$150
	per week	$1050 (i.e 7th night free)	$900 (i.e 7th night free)

Each extra adult	per night	$20	$20
	per week	$120	$120

Each extra child	per night	$10	$10
(Under 18 years)	per week	$60	$60

Children under 2 years - No charge. All cost are in Australian dollars.
Minimum website booking two nights.If one night only is required please contact us directly. Direct on-line internet bookings require full payment up front. For phone bookings direct with owner a deposit of 20% is required for bookings with the full balance due one month before arrival. Cancellations incur a 10 percent booking fee with balance of deposit and/or payment being refundable if we are able to rebook the accommodation. Guests should contact owner by phone about collection of a house key prior to their arrival. These rates are valid until June 30, 2023.
